Christmas Tree Permit Terms & Conditions

Your Christmas Tree permit will be mailed to you within 7-10 days. Your receipt from this purchase will be your valid Christmas Tree permit until your original permit is received.

This Christmas Tree Permit allows you to cut one (1) evergreen tree from Iron County Forest Lands between November 1 and December 31 of the current year. Limit three (3) permits per household.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron County from any claims or damages resulting from your actions or those of your employees or agents.
